Who Am I?

I am Paul ‘Terror’ Terblanche – fitness freak and health fanatic!

I am a qualified Personal Trainer (ETA National Diploma from University of Stellenbosch) and have extensive experience in getting the most out of a body. I am also a retired professional MMA fighter (EFC Africa/EFC Worldwide) and was Cape Classic Champion (Heavy weight, 2003) and won Bronze at the All Africa Games (Light Heavy Weight, 2003) in Bodybuilding.  I have played Provincial Rugby (Boland U21), had provincial colors in athletics at school (Long Jump) and competed in Judo, Muay Thai and running.

I held the EFC Africa record for the fastest knock-out – 8 seconds into Round 1!

1.  Yolanda Meyer

Yolanda started training with me on 3 March 2015.  She weighed 132kg and decided to change her attitude and diet and started training.  Yolanda is dedicated and trains twice a week with me (hardcore training!).  She also sends me a photo of all her meals, to keep her on her toes!  In the first 16 weeks, Yolanda has lost 15.1kg and is looking and feeling great! She wants to loose a total of 50kg … watch this space!

Finished her 10th Comrades Marathon on 21 May 2015.

Finished her 1st Comrades Marathon on 21 May 2015 and her 2nd Comrades Marathon on 29 May 2016.

Finished his 3rd Cape Epic in March 2015

5.  Eduan Meyer

Coming from intense training programs with rugby as a platform, I was used to hard work and training 5 times a week.

Paul was a true role model and a perfect example of what your body is capable of achieving through the natural way.

Training with Paul helped me to achieve my long awaited goals.  His knowledge is truly remarkable and his programs do work.  5 times a week, 45 min a day and following his diet for 12 weeks.
