One of my pet peeves is when I see people in the gym doing exercises wrong Рespecially young boys using weights that are too heavy for them, because they can cause permanent damage to their bodies.  Also: what is the use of putting in the hours if you are not getting maximum benefits?

Therefore I have decided to do a series of exercises and explain how to do each Рone body-part at a time.  Also, feel free to ask questions.
