WorleyParsons has been awarded an engineering, procurement, fabrication and construction (EPC) contract for the Pipestone Processing Facility in Alberta Canada by Encana Corporation (Encana). Keyera Partnership, a subsidiary of Keyera Corp, will own the Pipestone Processing Facility and provide processing services to Encana once the facility is complete.
The project will begin on contract signing during the first week of December 2007 and is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2025. Saudi Aramco estimates the total cost of facilities will be approximately US$8 billion. WorleyParsons' contracts are estimated to be valued at US$ 80 million.
